  • All buyers can chose from tracked or untracked shipping, please note that untracked shipping is at the buyers discretion and that only tracked parcels can be given refunds if the order is lost in transit.

    I do not accepts returns or refunds for orders through my website. The only exemptions are for tracked orders which are confirmed lost or orders where the item has arrived damaged AND the buyer has sent a photo of damage within 48 hours of delivery. (email - gemma@imberstore.com)

  • Imberstore currently ships to; Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, The US, Japan and India.

  • Dispatch times vary per item and per my workload, all orders will be dispatched within 1-6 business days.

    You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking information once your order can be dispatched.

  • Please find below a list of places I ship to and how long it usually takes to get there.

    UK: 1-4 business days

    Europe (not including Germany): 5-7 business days

    Canada and The US: 7-11 business days

    Australia and New Zealand: 8-12 business days

    Please note this does not include the time it takes for me to ship your order and deliveries can be subjected to delays of up to an additional 25 business days due to customs delays.

  • Tracked shipping is more expensive to purchase but means you can see where your order is and when it is going to arrive. If it does get lost in transit you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

    Orders with non tracked shipping are at the buyers discretion.

  • If your order arrives damaged please email (gemma@imberstore.com) me a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds will only be given if proof is sent within 48 hours.
